Privacy Policy – Guiding Brands

Island Design Studio (DBA as Guiding Brands) ("we" or "us") values the privacy of its visitors. This privacy policy summarizes what information may be collected from registered users or visitors ("you"), and what Guiding Brands will and will not do with that information.

Please note: This privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Guiding Brands does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Guiding Brands. Your data may be stored on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom Guiding Brands has contracted.

Do not share your user ID or password with anyone else.
Log off the Guiding Brands website when finished.

Guiding Brands operates primarily in the United States. Information provided to us will be transferred out of the European Union to the United States. By providing personal information, you consent to its storage and use as described.

Information Collected from Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use Guiding Brands' website(s) and service(s). Guiding Brands does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

We reserve the right to change this policy as needed due to legal compliance requirements or business practice changes. If you have provided an email address, we will endeavor to notify you of any material change to how personally identifiable information will be used.
